    Not able to claim gold membership rewards


    Good day i am making this post to express my deepest concerns with the fact that i am unable to download games offered for being a gold member. I receive the following error: "Sorry ,something went wrong. This isn't available for your region,or the file
    is corrupted, or we don't recognize the format.' Error code 80150017. I have researched this error but it speaks of videos nothing about game downloads please assist.

    I have xbox Live Gold Membership I pay for yearly...but I still don't think my Xbox live Rewards recognizes it???

    Rewards page claims I'm not Gold.

    Hi,

    Although I am an unlapsed Gold member with membership time way into next year the Rewards page claims I am not, pegging my rewards at half the level they should be. I'd be very grateful if someone could help me with this.

    Not able to claim gold membership rewards

    That error code usually means it's a region issue. The current game is region locked. So your account region and your physical location have to match in order to download the game. You also have to live in a region where the game is available.

    If you don't live in an Xbox live region then you can't get it

    there is nothing you can do until your region is supported

    I'm afraid you won't be able to as even though accounts on your home Xbox have access to your Gold membership and Game Pass feature's, you won't be able to claim the Game Pass rewards on any account that doesn't have an active Game Pass subscription
