Not able to change recovery email due to hacker cancelling the process.

Hello, my microsoft account (same i am using right now) was hacked a few weeks ago and the hacker changed my recovery email and password. I was able to get my account back and change the password through microsoft account recovery form but still the hacker have access to my account as i am not able to change the recovery email. Everytime hacker cancels the recovery email change process which takes a 30 day time. I need full access to my account as it is my main work account. You can verify me in any possible way also i owns the email of my microsoft account.

Sending code on email,

Old and New password,

Match IP and Location of the account before hack to mine,

My identity etc.

Please help me recover my account.

To see if the security information is correct:

Sign in to the Security Basics page with your Microsoft account.
Select Update Information .
You may need to enter a security code to access this page. Choose a method that works, or choose I don't have this to override the security info.
Does the alternate email end in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com or @msn.com?
If so, you are using a Microsoft account to verify another Microsoft account. This can make it difficult to keep track of which one was used to sign in. Upon logging into the second account (to get the code sent to that email), most browsers automatically log you out of the first account (the one requesting the code).

To get the security code:

In a browser in privacy mode, sign in with the first account. So you can log in to both accounts at the same time.
When you are asked to enter the security code sent to the alternate email, do not close your browser window.
Open a new window in privacy mode. Ctrl + Shift + P is the shortcut for InPrivate Browsing in Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. If you use another browser, see the program's help for information about privacy mode.
In the new window, sign in to your alternate email account and look for the message sent by the Microsoft accounts team. Copy or write down the security code from the message.
Go back to the window where you are asked for the security code. Enter the code and follow the instructions.

Thanks for the reply but i already reset my password through this. My problem is i am unable to change the recovery email that Hacker changed earlier. He still access my account as he got his email set as recovery email on my account.
