Not a question, more of a complaint

So picture this, last night I'm playing Call of Duty, you know the game where we endlessly slaughter each other over and over and over. I run into a certain guy who gets under my skin a little bit and so I do what a rational man would do and I send him
a message. In this message, I called this individual a name which is the equivalent of a female dog if you know what I mean. This individual responds to me with some trash talk of his own which was to be expected. Then proceeds to report my account. Microsoft
responds by slapping me, who has never been reported for anything a Ban for all social features.

Now I'm not condoning my actions, what I said was inappropriate, but the idea of being banned over some old fashioned trash talk in a game which the sole objective is to SLAUGHTER the other team by whatever means necessary seems absolutely insane to me.
Also, I'm not an idiot, I know that I used Xbox features and not the features of Call of Duty. I get it. All i'm trying to point out is how ridiculous this entire situation is and If I'm the only one who feels this way, then it might be time to leave microsoft
behind for greener pastures.

Today has been a sad realization of how watered down the world has become.
