    Nooo! Can't enter

    Hi

So, I can remember my profile name and email that is connected to that. But when I'm asked for the password I can' remember.

I don' t have the email address anymore so when they send me a reset code to that address I can' t see it. Anyway you can get them to send the reset code to another email instead of the one I don' t have anymore?

    Thanks.

    :)

    nooo power

Just a note for you if you don't want to wait though. EB Games here in Canada (Gamestop in the US) sells the power supplies for $20. My niece had her power supply die and I replaced it at the store.

Just bring your brick and cables in so they can match it.

    nooo power

I am sorry to hear that Rhyme! Here's the service center site:
Service Center <---You can setup the order to get a new power supply

You can also chat with one of the fine Xbox Live team members here:
Contact Us Page <----Chat with a rep who can help you through this process or even call the Customer Support line to get assistance with that.

You might also want to check out the No Power Solution help guide, if you haven't already here:

    No Power Solution Page

If you need to change your region, its at the bottom of the page and then you can proceed. Region is not a factor for the Service Center page.

Note: Make sure your console is registered this will take time out of the process.

I hope you're back up and gaming soon! :)
