    None of my Xbox 360's will connect to Xbox Live


    I have 2 Xbox 360's and I've been trying for the last week to get either of them to connect online so that I can download DLC and updates for my library before the store goes down in July.

    My router is a TP-Link Archer A7.

    I've opened ports 80, 53, 88 and 3074 in my router to my xbox's IP address.

    I've tried both wired and wireless connections.

    I've reset my router and modem and both 360's several times. I'm not trying to connect both at the same time, I've been shutting one off and unhooking it, unhooking the other system and trying all the steps again. Different IP's, tried the same IP's.

    I've cleared their caches, restored to factory defaults in the network additional settings. I've tried setting IP's manually and automatically. I've deleted the main profile and it won't connect to redownload.

    One of them connected for a few hours on a wired connection and then would no longer connect.

    Not sure what to do. I need to get these things online to update everything and get the games I've paid for.

    Sometimes I'll get an error, sometimes not. I tried to get the error to come up again, but it hasn't. 8015190E is the error code.

    Xbox One S's 360 Emulator WON'T Connect to Live

    The games are all digitally owned in my library. There are no discs. I had no troubles with this on my original Xbox One that recently broke and required me to buy a new Xbox One S. The emulator I am referring to is the internal emulator that all Xbox
    Ones run when playing a 360 Backwards Compatible game. When I install a 360 game and try to run it on my Xbox One S, the game will load HOWEVER I cannot connect to Xbox Live while in the 360 emulator. Due to a recent troubleshooting that suggests uninstalling
    the game and clearing 360 cache and profiles, I would need to redownload my xbox live profile for the 360 emulator ON the One S. Since the emulator WON'T connect to Xbox Live, despite my Xbox One S BEING connected to Xbox Live, I cannot download my profile
    and therefore cannot play and save my progress. I've tried with multiple games but they all give me the same issue of being "unable to connect to xbox live". I've tried all of the Mass Effect games, the Dragon Age games, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed games,
    Banjo-Kazooie, and Fable series of games and NONE of these will allow me to connect to xbox live.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    This has been affecting more users, there is no official confirmation about what is causing it.

    On another topic, a player successfully fixed the issue by changing the Port Selection on the connection settings, from automatic to manual.

    But this was done on a Series Console.

    In your case, try opening this port interval: 49215 - 57165

    If I find a new fix or have new information, I will post it.

    I cannot download profiles as it tells me that it cannot connect to xbox live and i should test my connection. And no none of this worked, so i basically lost all of my 360 data for nothing.

    Internet is connected it shows it

    Only thing that isnt i connected is xbox live

    My xbox box gold yearly subscription shows it is active On mricosoft.com

    It's refurbished.

    I know. I said that I brought up the 360 emulation dashboard/menu. From there I found the "connect to Xbox Live" option, but the 360 emulation can't connect to Xbox Live so none of those achievements are added to overall gamerscore and they don't appear
    in the Xbox One's achievement list.
