    None of my points are depositing


    None of my points are depositing. No 15000 credits for final fantasy 15 preorder. It says I can't join rewards program even though I joined years ago, says all good on account page with bright green light meaning go, but no reward points in my account. PLEASE FIX
    this is the most frustrating customer support thing I've ever experienced. I am very loyal microsoft fan. I even support bill gates charities so please help me out here.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve

    We do not see any membership information for your account. We will adjust your account information to make absolutely certain there will not be any issues with you signing up. You should be able to register in 48 hours.

    Exact same issue happening to me. Been a member for years, profile is completely wiped as if I'm only signing up now. Checked my account balance and none of the points have been deposited
