None of my notifications work on PC Xbox and Xbox Mobile App but yet notifications turned on

Yeah, I thought the same thing because I couldn’t find any information any where on it. I hope they are aware of this. It’s been this way for a week now or so.

For your Xbox, it could be that your account is not completely synced with Xbox live

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps. try removing and re-adding your account to your console.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & System> Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Choose the profile that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

Review the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In, security & PIN preferences to finish adding your profile to the console

hi done all that and still nothing popping up, its weird, i get notifications for clips and screenshot on xbox, pc i get achievements and messgaes and mobile i get messages and clips notifiactions, ive checked in all settings and they all turned on as well, ive also noticed some of my Fav on Xbox Friends list games arent what they meant to be, had one friend who showed as home but was actually on Netflix so dunno if that has something to do with it
