    Let's validate if you're signed in under the correct account where the games were purchased digitally. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the games stated as "completed".

    Once confirmed that they're showing from there, please check the list of the Xbox Play Anywhere games here and make sure that it is listed:

    After you have checked everything and confirmed them, sign out on Xbox App as well as Microsoft Store and then sign back in. Make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account.

    there aint 400 games on play anywhere, i have over 350 games and only 5 are play any where.

    Play anywhere titles or very limited in number due to licencing, also the fact that a lot of the games are not available via microsoft on pc and are on steam, gog and epic etc et.

    How do I transfer my games from xbox to windows?

    Any games that are Play Anywhere, should show in your library in either the Xbox app or Microsoft Store app so you can install them on PC. Anything that is not Play Anywhere, would need to be purchased for PC.
