    None of my controllers work properly


    I have had this issue for quite a while. I’ve been able to live with it but I really want to get this fixed. This might not be the right way to describe it, but anytime I try to play a game, the input from the controller changes it to keyboard and mouse.

    No matter what controller I try, whether it’s a PS4 controller, a 3rd party Xbox controller, or even an elite 2 Xbox controller, they all have this issue. It might help to mention that since my pc doesn’t have a good Bluetooth, these are wired. I’ve tried multiple solutions. The ones I remember trying include updating drivers, updating my pc, updating my controller, verifying game files, and clearing the cache of my pc. There are only some games on Steam that don’t have this problem greatly affect controller gameplay.

    Hey there!

    Have you tried connecting your controller to your console via USB cable? If it's not working while wireless, hooking up a cord can often help force the controllers to sync to the console. If that doesn't work, can you bring your controllers to a friend's
    house and try them on their console maybe? That'll help us figure out if the issue is with your controller or your console.

    No. This is still a huge problem. It's been an issue since these controllers have been out which is over 2 years now. I've tried numerous attempted fixes from the internet and none of them work. The controller just doesn't work properly via Bluetooth in Windows.
