none of my April MyVIP rebates have posted

**PLEASE KEEP THIS THREAD OPEN IN CASE I HAVE FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS TO THE OFFICIAL SUPPORT RESPONSE**

I spent $292.84 in the Xbox store during the month of April, none of the MyVIP rewards have posted, just the 3,000 points for the Rogue One offer (accounting for $14.99 of April purchases), and 2,000 points for combination of purchases going toward one of
the tiers to the Xbox Obsessions mission (for spending $20 in eligible content, if I remember correctly). Still, I should have about 25,000 points due to deposit by the 15th (for just my remaining spending going toward my MyVIP rewards) and I haven't even
got a preliminary breakdown of how much I'll receive for my April MyVIP rewards. I'm still waiting, a notice of pending deposit was supposed to be available a week ago and I should have been getting a deposit on the 15th; why am I still waiting and when can
I expect my April MyVIP rewards to register?

Haven't got my 2% back for the second straight month

MyVip is calculated at the end of the month and deposited around the 15th of the following month. It is too early to see April MyVip rebates.

 

No MyVIP rebate on purchases since February

None of my purchases since February have gotten MyVIP rebates. I have spent $59.38 on games since then and have not received any credits for those purchases.

 

There's currently an issue in the program that is causing the program not recognize the gold subscription for some members which could affect the amount they get back from the rebates. So there is a delay on April's rebate until they get that issue fixed.

 

I haven't received the rebate I'm entitled to either. Never had a problem before, but now all of a sudden, I'm not receiving the rebate on purchases that I should. I've made several qualifying purchases, but there is no corresponding rebate in "pending rewards".

Apologies for the confusion. Due to an issue with new preview program changes, we have delayed payback for April MyVIP. Once we can ensure that all of our members are being appropriately Rewarded, you should see your Credits pending on your MyStatement.
As you request, we will leave this thread open, but cannot guarantee a prompt response.

 

okay, thanks for the heads up, if there were any major changes to the Rewards program I should know about and how preview might conflict with them, please let me know if I missed a sticky a while back or something

anyhow, I'll just keep my eye out on the April MyVIP rewards
