none of my apps are showing and I can lunch any of my games

Sorry to hear about your issue with your games. Kindly send the exact error message you're getting when trying to install your games. You can also try deleting all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then will let you launch the game.

Still can't see my all achievements on Xbox one or the Xbox app for Android or Xbox.com. The only achievements I can see are recently played games, but none of my old 360 or One games show up on the list. . I can view my achievements fine on the true achievements
app for Xbox one. I have to boot up an old game for the achievements of that game to show back up. I can view my Xbox 360 achievements on the 360 emulator also.

I have this same issue on my Xbox Series X, achievements pop and show up however in the dashboard it shows 'There are no achievements available for this game' likewise on the Xbox app on my phone it shows none available.

I've tested the internet connection and it seems to be fine. The Xbox shows that it is connected and I ran the Xbox internet speed test and it seemed to be fine. I can connect to the Microsoft Store and download games/apps. None of my other devices
have any issues with connecting and using the Internet.
