    I am using a factory direct replacement Xbox 1 x and the thing will not hold sync to my games. First one died less than a month old, and you replace it with this? An unit that is worthless if it can't read and hold saves. WARNING to those who are the fence
    for this device don't get it... Xbox service and game pass is only as good as the hardware used to access it. If it won't save and keep the save, then it's a 500 dollar paper weight! .... You've been warned... And yes Xbox I will continue to give negative
    reviews about this product until YOU fix it.. you have my info feel free to contact me cause there are at least five SRX issue tickets in the last month you can access to see this problem. Use you POS database to access the info....

    Xbox 360 reboots during startup

    If none of the suggestions in the link above work for you then try holding the sync button in on the console, power the console on and keep the sync button pressed and see if the console then gets to the dashboard.

    Hello CheckeredMINI,

    Try this:

    Turn off your console.

    Press the Controller sync Button (keep holding it)

    While holding The controller sync button Turn on your console while you still have the sync button held.

    Keep holding the Sync button until you reach dashboard if it lets you reach it..

    ANYONE WITH THE SECOND UPDATE ISSUE DO THIS:

    "With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small white one)

    While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console

    Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.

    During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally."

    This worked for me.

    Controller issues

    Sorry to hear it. I had an issue like this a while back. What I did to fix it was to hold the sync button on both the controller and console until the controller synced up properly. I haven't had an issue since.

    Try using a wired controller if possible just to check whether it's the Xbox itself

    Secondly just try holding the re-sync button on the console at the same time whilst holding the controller re-sync button to see if that fixes the issue sometimes they need to be both held until the controller connects

    Try powering everything completely off, turn your router back on and allow it a minute or two to fully boot up, then turn your Xbox back on and try again.

    It doesn't seem to be a Live issue as I can't find anyone having the same issues on Reddit or Twitter.
