Discus and support None Credit in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have now done the October, November and December Questionnaires and have today received my 250 credits for the december but not the 1000 for doing 3...     I have now done the October, November and December Questionnaires and have today received my 250 credits for the december but not the 1000 for doing 3 months back to back.

    Purchased 10,000 and it says redeemed..

    Aswell none of the credits I bought using gems went into my lifetime credits.

    There are no offers to receive 1,000 credits for completing 3 surveys in a row. You can receive 10 gems for completing 3 surveys, but keep in mind it does take the program about 96 hours to update so it still might be too early to see those added to your
    total.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As mentioned by Smwutches, there is no Credit offer for completing 3 surveys consecutively, but there is a MyChallenge for Gems. We have resolved an issue with this challenge and you should be prompted to claim
    gems from this challenge shortly.

    There is not a box on MyRewards to click to request early deposit. The green box is blank?

    The deposits I have listed under 'Pending Credits' are even from 2 years ago - 6/2/14 3,000 credits; 11/25/14 1,000 credits and 12/6/16 is 30,000 credits - none of these have deposited period? Thank you
