it's own, then I would suggest
removing your account off of your console and then redownloading it.

Se l'abbonamento era il gamepass ultimate, il gold era stato convertito in tempo aggiuntivo per il gamepass ultimate che era quindi l'unico abbonamento rimasto attivo. Cancellando l'ultimate i vecchi abbonamenti non vengono rispristinati in quanto sono stati
convertiti. Se era un gamepass normale invece va verificato quanto accaduto. In ogni caso va fatto tramite support in quanto sono gli unici ad avere accesso alle informazioni. Ti lascio un link con tutte le info relative all'ultimate e quello per contattare
il support se dovesse servire.

Grazie per aver contattato i forum! Puoi riscattare il voucher Game Pass di 1 mese e giocare a quel particolare gioco, ma sarebbe solo per quell'abbonamento di 1 mese. Se desideri giocare più a lungo, devi abbonarti di nuovo al pass per il gioco e acquistare il gioco nel modo giusto. Tieni presente che i giochi sono scontati rispetto al loro prezzo normale quando li acquisti con un abbonamento game pass attivo.
