Non return of controller

I would love to do an online chat with someone but the only option I can see is the call back which, as I say, feels mr I've had my allocation and to call back the next day.

I did phone them twice yesterday so surely I could get through today but here at 11.30 a.m. I'm still getting "Your account has reached the daily callback limit. Please try back the next business day." message. How do I contact Microsoft over this issue?

Hello again, after choosing the assun, to warranty and repair case, it will ask to log in to your account, and then choose, external Partner available 24/7, will go through automatic service and then be attended by a human.

My X box S stopped responding so I sent it back along with the controller and mains lead as I didn't know which element was at fault. It was returned yesterday - a replacement box - but without the controller or lead. I managed to contact someone and explained the issue. They put me on hold but after 15 minutes hadn't come back and I ended the call. I tried yesterday evening and again this morning top call but keep getting a message that I've had my allocation of calls. Any advice would be welcome.

Part of the repair process warns you not to pack anything else in with the console such as cables, controllers, accessories etc because otherwise you might not get those back.

Its possible they might ship it back to you as a separate shipment but then again it might not. Its hard to say.
