    Non refundfor a mistake


    I tried to get a refund for a purchase of a gift which I mistakenly made It was refused What can I do? Not wanting to plead poverty but I am a pensioner and cannot buy the app I want now because they have my money So What can I do?

  2. Xbox Rewards is not showing my progress of anything? Still at 0 credits for some odd reason?

    I signed up for Xbox Rewards around July and non of my progress has been showing up and it shows that I still have 0 credits. I want to know if I made a mistake or if something is wrong with my Xbox Rewards.

    xbox one:COD AW download code INVALID

    One of the two companies *** the pooch big time by putting NON Zero day codes on the card instead of the Correct code. Only tommorow will see them admit any real mistakes if were are remotely lucky. Which hopefully means some kind of compensation.

    If you filled in the refund request form and were declined, you can respond to the e-mail you received from Microsoft and see if they can reconsider.

    If you're waiting for a reply from responding to the refund request denial then you're on the right track. You may also consider
    Contacting Xbox Customer Support to see if a representative might have any further options at all to assist you.

    Thank you for the link but I am dealing with customer support via email like I said I asked them What can I do, you would think that would initiate an immediate reply but no i am still waiting

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for replying to keep us updated. We appreciate your patience! It can sometimes take up to 48 hours to receive a response from the team that reviews refund requests but if you haven't received any response after that time, you may wish to contact support
    as George recommended.

    I hope this helps a bit more!

    Xbox Support on chat or phone no longer processes refund or there are no further options on this. You have to reply to the email and wait for their response.

    Thank you for contacting Forum support.

    I do understand your situation, but the best bet is to file a refund online again or wait.

    (what the agents look into is previous refunds on the account. so that may effect the decision if there are previous refunds within the year.)

    It is stated within our Microsoft
    Service Agreement
    the following information regarding refunds:
    Refund Policy.

    (Feel free to look at the refund policy)

    Our only current suggestion entails the use of the
    refund
    request webform
    as this is our way of having our team review the purchase(s), the reason in asking for the refund, and then of course the decision given.

    The form can be completed multiple times, so we suggest trying it again in your attempt to get a refund.

    I did try the above suggestion several times and initially got the same response from the same person but the latest attempt got no reply only a notice telling me that my request was now complete

    To make you fully aware of the situation on the 21st of November I saw that there were specials of several products and I wanted to buy one but got my product names mixed up and tried to buy the wrong one, the automated program would not let be down the
    wrong one as I already owed it, In my haste to rectify the matter I tried to reverse the purchase and ended up buying a gift certificate instead. A stupid mistake I know and my fault so next day I attempted to get both purchases refunded they refunded
    one but said nothing about the other although both order numbers were on the original claim since then it is like talking to a wall nothing happens as I seem to get the same person who handled the first claim So in a nut shell i made two wrong purchases
    of the same thing within minutes on was refunded but the other is not eligible according to them my tough luck it would appear. I have tried again as you suggested here's hoping I get through to someone else.

    Hello Alex,

    If it is the gift certificate and it added money to your account, that is most likely why it was denied. There is no way to remove that currency from your account. You can appeal the decision and reply to the email where it said you was denied.

    Thank you Brad, I have replied to the emails telling me that it is denied and never get any response I now have money tied up in Microsoft Store that I will never use, rather unfair because of a mistake
