Non received rewards.

Incoming rant. So I should of had 16,000 rewards credits added to my account today instead I got a little over a thousand.

Upon further investigation, I've learned that in order to have gotten them today I would of had to have requested them at the end of last month, but since I only requested them last week I can't get them till the next cycle.

I just wanted to let you know I find this utterly an ridiculous process. Now I have to wait an extra two weeks to get my entire reward balance, when I requested the deposit in plenty of time. I mean seriously a whole week before the 15th. This is a completely
asinine process. Why does everything with you guys have to be such a hassle. So quick to take money yet so painfully slow when it comes to giving a pittance back.

Done. Had to get that of my chest. Those credits were going to buy my royal edition upgrade for FF15. Now I have to wait and the reasons I've been given aren't good enough.

XBL Rewards Deposit never showed up

On 3/8/17 I received $18.70 XBL Rewards Deposit according to billing. But when I look at my account balance it shows $0.00. None of the purchases since 3/8 have used Rewards money.

What happened to the $18.70?

MixPot Rewards not received

I have received my Outer Wilds Full Game Pre-Order but none of the other Microsoft E3 Briefing Rewards (GoW4 Skin, TERA E3 Bundle, Halo 5 Classic Helmet REQ). I also have not received the WoT or Trove items for the Inside Xbox Stream.

snap it states once you have reach a total of 5,000 each 5,000 will automatically be deposited at the 15th or 30th of each month i have 14,500 and mine same again was supposed to of been deposited by today yet america is 5 hrs ahead of uk gb yet still its
15th its almost 7pm and still nothing no sign of my reward points either let alone my points or vip rewards that i have not recieved since 2014 yup lived and raged and annoyed so can totally see where your coming from aswell id like to know when reward points
will be credited

You won't. You can only receive one offer. The $10 credits is only for non-Rewards members.

The Xbox Live Rewards program does not send out codes for rewards, they are deposited directly into your account. If you received the rewards from microsoft/bing rewrads you need to go to the redemption page, scroll to the bottom, and contact them.

If the you received the reward from some other promotion then you would need to post in the promotions/sales support forum to receive assistance. Again, do not post the code it can be stolen.

The Xbox Live reward program is unable to assist with issues within other programs (such as a non working code) so you will have to reach out to one of those two places depending on where you received the code from.

Go to the main menu and scroll down to the "social" box. Click on it and that is where you collect the keys from the power bingo community card. It took me a while to figure that out, so hopefully this helps you!
