    Non receipt of Apex coins for in store purchase


    Hi

    On the 2 to 3 of Feb, I bought Apex coins with the release of the new season.
    My first transaction made on the 02/02 was for 2000 AC - Order number 6439167030
    My Apex account did not update with the coins i purchased. I then had to go back to the store and repeat the purchase - Order number 9023699737, which then reflected. The next day 03/02, I made another purchase of a 1000 AC coins which also worked. When I checked my account the next day I was billed for all of the transactions but did not receive the coins for the first transaction.

    To query a failed purchase is the worst from the support options you get from the website. Refunds request option is there but not to fix a failed purchase. Its not always you want a refund but to ask the team to fix the issue at hand.

    None the less I put in the refund and of cause it was rejected because I have already requested a refund for the very same thing that happen on the 03/01, again I received no product for the purchase, no option to request a fix to the problem other than a refund, I went to the developer developer sends me back to MS as its in their store I made the purchase. I reply to the email I received from the refund team at MS but of cause nobody replies to my mails send. My intention is to come to the site to buy something not do refund request for a instore error.

    Granted these things happen but if they do happen you policy allows for on refund a year, irrespective of how many time this issue happens. Imagine your customers don't pay subs every time you experience a problem or issue you face as you only allowed one problem a year. Makes no sense right. This is not the experience one wants to buy into. I pay every month for my subs and purchases I make. All I ask for is to give me what i paid for nothing more nothing less.     Code for apex coins not received

    Hi Bruce,

    Apex coins from the Microsoft Store are only available for Xbox One. You need an Xbox Live profile and you need to play on Xbox One to receive those coins you purchased from the Microsoft Store.

    I noticed you posted this thread in the "PC Gaming" category, so if you play Apex on PC then you need to purchase Apex coins directly from EA through the Origin Store or directly in game:

    If you do not own an Xbox One console and you intended to purchase coins for PC, then I'd recommend submitting a

    refund request online    . Just click on the link to go through a refund request walkthrough.

    Thank you for coming to the forums today, I'd be happy top provide some information.

    Virtual currency like Apex coins are not digital items available to purchase as a gift. Only items in the store that has the option "Buy as gift" are available to be gifted. Apex coins on the Microsoft Store does not have the Buy as gift option:

    Also, the person receiving the gift would be the one to receive the code through email and Xbox Live message. The one making the purchase can see the code in the order details found in the account's order history, but the one making the purchase would not
    receive an email with the code. You would just view it from the
    order history    .

    Apex coins can only be used for the account making the purchase as the coins are deposited by the publisher's servers directly into your in-game balance almost immediately. More than likely, the Apex coins you purchased were deposited into the Xbox Live
    account that made the purchase.

    Do you mean you bought Apex Coins on the PC version of Apex, or you used your PC to buy Apex coins for the Xbox version?
    No, i mean, i just bought Apex Coins from Microsoft store and i thought i can use them on Apex Legends PC.

    Yes I bought on MS store and it shows me buying the xbox live but it does not show the Apex coins bundle in that purchase at all :/
