    Hello,

    I have minecraft on xbox one and my friends can no longer join my worlds including new ones.

    My nat is open and I can join all my friends games and chat without a problem.

    All lan players can join my worlds without issue from both tablets and xbox one. My non lan friends have the same edition as me and we are running the version 1.10.0.

    Please help.

    Check if the online privacy setting for multiplayer on your account is set to allow.

    You can change these settings on the website under manage account.

    One option would be to ask in the Minecraft forum at: https://www.minecraftforum.net

    Also, have you checked in the settings that Xbox Live and Online play is active? Without these, the Xbox Live connection won't work.

    For in-game issues it will be better if you contact the game devs developer or you post at their forums for a possible solution.

    The only things you can do are as following:

    1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds (clears cache and turns all apps off)

    2. A factory reset keeping games and apps may make things faster: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps". (requires account redownload)
