Discus and support Non Korean age verification! in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I'm US military and living in Korea and xbox is asking to verify my age.     Non Korean age verification!


    I'm US military and living in Korea and xbox is asking to verify my age.

    The age verification link leads me to a site to confirm my mobile carrier. Once selected it wants a PASS account.

    You cannot make a pass account without a korean citizen number.

    I've reviewed past threads encountering the same issue and non of them help.

    IF you are living off base you have a Korean IP and not a US one.

    Unfortunately this is the law in Korea.

    I suggest you go to base command, as this is a problem for a lot of people I bet, and ask them to come up with a solution. Anything done would have to be negotiated with the government first and foremost.

    Since you are us military personnel tou registered the wrong account

    You must register your xbox account as us under the us military address system including payment options

    Are you located in Korea?
    If it's set improperly you can change that.

    But in your reply, I realize I will not be the most helpful in that area as I am very unfamiliar with that process, and hope someone will provide some more valuable information. Best of luck!
