Buongiorno,

da alcuni giorni non riesco più a scaricare giochi acquistati o semplicemente giocare:

- se provo a scaricare dei giochi acquistati, l'installazione si arresta subito e dopo pochi minuti;

- i giochi invece gi sulla console non partono.

Ho provato un reset alle condizioni di fabbrica, ma la situazione persiste.

PS. ora la console non si avvia più. Il led bianco si accende, ma non arrivo alla schermata home della console.

Posso certamente sbagliarmi, ma l'ultima volta che l'ho riavviata mi è parso di notare che nella lista dei giochi che possiedo ne mancavano alcuni.

Pensavo di mandarla in assistenza, ma ho il dubbio che possa essere più un problema di MS che della console in se. Ovviamente internet funziona perfettamente (ho gi provato sia la connessione via cavo che wi-fi).

La mia impressione è che perda il collegamento con Xbox Live (negli scorsi giorni, chiamando l'assistenza mi dicevano di aver avuto problemi), ma ora dalla pagine del supporto figura che il servizio funziona, ma nel mio caso i problemi persistono.

Non riesco a scaricare giochi dallo store se provo ad acquistarne uno mi dice "si è verificato un problema causato da noi. Attendere un po' potrebbe essere utile" poi quando clicco su riprova dice "non è possibile elaborare il tuo pagamento"

In passato sono stato membro del programma preview per console, ma ne sono uscito diversi mesi fa.

Mi risulta anche difficile spiegarmi con l'assistenza perchè a volte parte, a volte no. Comincia a scaricare giochi, poi si blocca.

Addirittura l'installazione di giochi su disco si blocca dopo un po, sempre con la dicitura installazione interrotta.

Il particolare è che quando si blocca il download, se torno alla home anche il feed, lo store, mixer sono irraggiungibili (se però, in impostazioni console, controllo la connessione, risulta connessa a internet).

C'è anche da dire che quando i download si fermano, la console pare "imbastita", tutte le operazioni, anche semplicemente tornare in home, sono estremamente lente.
