May untill now for purchased Games - WHY???? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; To filling up the little gap in My Vip-Star, we purchased Games but nothing happen.     NoGems since 7th. May untill now for purchased Games - WHY????


    To filling up the little gap in My Vip-Star, we purchased Games but nothing happen. No Gems have been credited for any Game purchased since 7th may. And the gap in MyVipStar is still there :-(

    With luck I have changed 500 Gems into 10.000 Points. But for 13250 Points the Xbox Live Rewards Deposit
    was 12,06 € ????

    You puplished: "Untill the 15th you have the possibilty to change the MyVipGems" but there are only Wallpapers and "FreeToPlay"-Stuff ->
    NOTHING!!! DLCs, Games, PrepaidCards, Points and X-Box Subsriptions are always OUT OF STOCK!

    And so: Very frustrated - not just because of the end but how it ends!!!

    Where Are The Free Games?

    Some are Q1.

    Contrast is free untill Jan 7th. War Thunder is out, but not in the USA. Maybe you guys join in late, to keep it authentic.

    Don't starve will be free on Jan 7th.

    We see that your purchases correctly awarded you your first MyVIP star. Also, you received your Gems for your purchases. Please note that the site updates your Gem count when you log in. As was stated in the FAQ and Terms and Conditions, 1000 Rewards Credits
    = €0,91 EUR. We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.

    Since you said you paid 60 bucks I'm assuming you have an xbox one?

    That would be why your don't own the series x version

    Your versiom will not come out till may 7th

    Only next gen versions are out right now with current gens delayed till May 7th
