No Xcloud crossplay.

In this case you need to go to the following website from a web browser, log in with your account, and modify your privacy settings:

You should set the following options to "Allow" and save the changes:

* You can play with people who are not part of Xbox Live.
* You can join multiplayer games.

Do you get an error message asking you to manage your privacy and online settings? Just a friendly reminded, cloud gaming does not support local multiplayer. Currently, it only supports one player and one account at a time. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/....

Lots of games requires graphical power which current mobile phones do not have. With Project Xcloud we will be able to stream our games to our mobile phones and play like that. Hopefully we will see plenty of games being crossplay enabled with this new
feature in the future.

If you try to play a different game via xcloud, do you receive the same message?
May I know if all your privacy settings are enabled?

And is this the first time you try to play crossplay or were you able to do it previously?

It all depends on sony if they want crossplay many developers like the idea of crossplay between consoles and pc but at this moment sony still doesn't want crossplay sadly
