    I'm trying to get support for my bricked Xbox X, there is no phone number to call and the Virtual agent for callbacks is not working, i get the message of :

    What the hell should i do?

    tried incognito, 3 types of browsers, different times, different language, nothing's working.

    I contacted the sea of thieves support team but they said I should get in touch with microsoft support.

    I contact microsoft support and request a call but get "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later."

    I have reinstalled windows again, performed the troubleshooting steps and wiped another hard drive.

    Please can this please be escalated.
