No Xbox rewards - game pre order

Hi,

I pre ordered call of duty: WW2 and was expecting to see some credits in my rewards for pre ordering but my balance says 0 and pending also says 0.

Am I wrong in thinking I should get some credits for pre ordering this game?

if I pre order games or buy something that is qualified for reward points do I still get the points if I pre order it or buy something on my xbox or do I have to go to the rewards website ?

I've bought 2 several games under microsoft store, but they are not under MyVIP and reward points

There were no offers to receice credits just for that game. If you preordered after October 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 2 other eligiblw purchases to complete the offer and receive credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchase did not complete an offer and was not eligible for MyVIP, it did not award Credits.

Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards. Since you are not a member, you are not eligible for any Xbox Live Rewards. On top of that, this purchase would not have awarded any Credits since the only offer that awards Credits for pre-orders
is the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders to complete.
