No xbox credit prizes available in the vault just before transition... Odd? HELP PLEASE

Hello,

I have been sent here from Xbox live support team. I have enough gems in the VIP vault to redeem Xbox live credit prizes (500 = £8) and as of the announcement all prizes seem to be out of stock. Could the rewards team solve this issue for me please?
I would like to redeem all I can into credit before the switch takes place.

Xbox Rewards - Issues (Part 2)

We have received confirmation that our Game Pass tokens are expected to expire at the end of December 2018. If you have any expiration issue with your Vault token, let us know. Our web team has also informed us that Vault Credit
lockouts (only two redemption's of Vault Credit prizes a month) are not based specifically on a monthly period, but on a 30 day period. Since you attempted to claim additional Vault Credit prizes within that 30 day period, the website did not allow you to
redeem the prizes, even though it was a different month. We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before
the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can also see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits,
your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before or after that date.

 

All you can do is keep an eye on the vault and wait for them to refill it.
