No Windows 10 Pre-Order Quantum Break bonus codes received

Like the countless other posts here, I still haven't got my Windows 10 Quantum Break code for pre-ordering yet. I was on the chat service with a Microsoft/Xbox rep and all they did was give me a link to this forum and told me to post my problem and a member
of the dedicated team will get in contact with me.. The rep did say it was a know problem. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly.

No pre-order bonus with my digital purchase of Quantum Break

Hello,

I've pre-order Quantum Break on Xbox store the 08/03/2016 under order number :
[Mod Removed]

But, I don't received pre-order bonus.

No Alan wake code

No Quantum Break code for windows 10

Nothing...yet (I hope).

Not received the Pre-Order Bonuses of Quantum Break

I pre-ordered the Quantum Break game on (03/11) from Microsoft ecompany store.
I have still not received the my pre-order bonus code for

1. Quantum Break Windows 10 game

2. Alan Wake’s American Nightmare

I pre ordered quantum break and did not receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare bonus and and i waited 7-10 days. I pre ordered through microsoft store and it said you will receive bonus.

I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.

Just to clarify, if your purchase confirmation states that your order went through on the 5th, then unfortunately you will not receive the American Nightmare or Quantum Break Windows 10 pre-order bonus codes. You will receive a code for Alan Wake as well
as the DLC in 7-10 days via Xbox Live message. We are sorry to hear about any inconveniences that this may have caused.

Just to clarify, when did you purchase Quantum Break? If you just purchased Quantum Break recently, it will take up to 10 days for you to receive your code. Also, if you recently purchased Quantum Break, you will only receive a code for Alan Wake. The Windows
10 version of Quantum Break and American Nightmare were only offered with the pre-order of Quantum Break.
