No way to start a case on xbox one?

I have just been banned. I wasn't even online. Obviously as I'm not as good at the games I play as the eight year olds who play them I have been abused many times. So, being the first time I have ever gotten banned, I am fairly upset that there is no recourse
to be had. Seriously??? There seems no way to make a complaint about this at all?

Xbox live Tenure

If there's a break in the continuous Xbox Live subscription it will typically pause. Until the subscription starts and completes another uninterrupted year. In some cases it's reset. There's no way to manage or disable that feature.

 

can you have different profiles with different parental control settings?

The way the Parental Controls works on the Xbox 360 console is such that when it is turned on all the profiles on it are affected by it.

The way around it, is to disable it before you adults start using the console or in a case by case basis as you mention.

If you sign into the account that has the suspension on it at enforcement.xbox.com and click on the orange hammer in one of the boxes there it will show you your enforcement history and if the enforcement action is eligible it will give you an option to
file for a case review.

If the suspension is 24 hours or less then it is not eligible for a case review.

The case review process is the only way to speak with the enforcement team they do not monitor these forums nor do they monitor the community chat rooms.
