    No way to contact Xbox Support. ‘Contact us’ doesn’t work?


    Hi everybody,

    I just got a new Xbox Series S in India and it’s unusable. The console turns off abruptly after 2-3 minutes. When restarted, a message stating insufficient ventilation shows up and it’s simply not true. The console is well positioned.

    I tried to raise a service request but it says there’s none available in your area.

    When I try to contact Xbox and try to talk to an agent, they ask for my number and there’s an option to request a call back, but it simply says that there’s no one available, try again later. I have already tried multiple times.

    Is this how Microsoft are treating their customers? I get a dead console, and there’s no way to call/email/text any real person for support/repair/replacement?

    Thank you. Any help would be appreciated.

    You may be able to get through to an agent this way;

    beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Select the Virtual agent

    type "Talk to an Agent"

    then select Xbox

    Payment & Purchases

    This is where im coming from. There is plenty of articles and info. Go to contact us link, attempt to request call/chat by selecting problem from drop down menus. But none of them have phone or chats available
