no way to call in a problem

Had fraudulent MS charges to my credit card and I do not have an account with them, therefore you can not give a call back # for anyone to call you.

No phone # to call into customer service to make inquiries.

Credit card detail had a MS phone # to call but all it gave you was a .com to utilize and w/o an account all they tell you is to call your credit card company.

Worst set-up ever.

Well no you dont seem to understand the problem

They cant hand you any info without you passing PII THATS THE LAW

all you cam legally do is ask them to remove your card that is it if its via paypal you need to deal with them

It will say on your cc statement

In order for anyone to enter your info they need physical access to your card

So it had to be someone in your home

Are you sure it wasnt a son gamesharing in a way they arent suppisrd to? Likr sharing account details with strangera and they made purchases via your sons account

nothing major? I cant even play the game online . I have a great connection! like I said its sad some people defend this garbage! at least everyone can play the new cod!

Stop crying like little children. Nothing wrong with the game. Well nothing major. Game works near perfect for me. Get a better internet connection and you are good 2 go. I will admit it launched broken but after all these patches it works *** good. I enjoy
the game every day whenever i can tremendously!

Btw Cod has become the biggest joke of gaming ever.

what is sad is some of the people on these forums who defend this mess of a game! at least ubisoft is giving the people who got assassins creed unity a free game after they released a broken product! I hope 343 goes under and they can take the franchise
with them! they deserve it in my opinion!
