    I just got my Xbox one and I have no volume when playing games movies or on the home screen the onply time I have volume is when my cable is on please help

    Volume control when snapping TV

    I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to control the TV volume when the TV is "snapped". My wife wanted to watch a movie tonight and I wanted to watch the game. So we were going to watch the movie and snap the game with it on mute. But I couldnt
    figure out how to control the volume on the TV (snapped) portion. So basically, both the movie and the tv were the same volume so you could hear both instead of one or the other. Any ideas?

    Game Audio Noticeably Low

    Same issue here... low volume with games, but also when playing movies. TV is much louder.

    Ok after just reseting the system, volume for games is at normal again, however for movies its still noticeable lower. Seems pretty odd as if it's a driver/software issue.

    on very low volume it's hard to hear. the louder you go the more pronounced the distortion gets. it's strange it only affects the system sounds. games and movies work like usual.

    I can get a movie or such if it has been made onto youtube though I haven't tried but I don't know how to do a screen shot or capture a movie from a game.

    I got my gizmo for the headset late today but am too lazy to find light and crawl on the floor to see where it hooks up. I'm not totally convinced it works as it should. There are two volume controls and the one for game sound does nothing on the mac. It
    would seem to be counter productive to have chat and game volume the same. I sent a question to turtle beach.
