No voice from earphone

my earphone connects to Xbox one console,but hear nothing from it. the earphone is good，and it works with Xbox console before last second update of Xbox .

Controlller headset voice chat not working

I am also having a chat headset issue. I got my Xbox One on April 18th.

I get no sound from the earphone in-game or when I playback a voice message before I send it.

I've gone through all the steps that are suggested by the support and the headset works, thanks to the Skype test. It recorded my voice and played it back through the earphone.

If I start a party, my icon lights up when I talk.

But with the headset plugged in whilst in-game online, none of the other players voices comes from the headphone. If I disconnect the headset, thier voices come through the T.V.

I've got no idea what is going on, so any help from anywhere would be great. Thanx.

I also try the hdmi connect to speaker, no voice too.

 

Are you part of the Xbox insider program? If yes, there has been an issue with headsets. If no, which headset are you using?

 

My headset is （Sennheiser） CX275S ,and it worked fine util I got an update of Xbox two months ago。And I am not part of Xbox insider.

 

I am waiting for the next update hoping the issue will vanish itself like another issue of cod14. It just appeared and vanished after several updates.

 

Please, when you are in the Insider Preview program, when stuff like that happens, do NOT simply wait for the next update.

Hold the Xbox button on the controller, and go to the feedback/problem speech bubble on the right.

Describe the issue you have as detailed as possible.

If you simply wait, then engineers that work on the updates might not know that you have a problem, and you might wait "forever" for that issue to be fixed.
