No Video TenPlay app Xbox360

I get audio but no video when trying to watch a show on the TenPlay app for Xbox360 - I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading it but that didn't help. Any other suggestions I could try? It was working a few weeks ago. Thanks.

New to GOLD, on ONE

Skype,quickflix, i havent ran out of a shootage of games usually always something to do , havent used the tenplay app etc I usually hit the little gold advertisement banner and it shows all the discounts etc with gold.

Let's try uninstalling the app again, but before you reinstall, try Clearing the Xbox 360 console's system cache three times. Once you clear your cache three times,
go ahead and install the app again. Post back and let us know how that goes!

 

Hi Mister Beep. I tried what you suggested and videos still don't work through the app. I'm thinking it must be something on their end as some videos do work.
