    No video or audio within apps on xbox


    Hi,

    I am receiving an error code 39 when trying to play anything on Disney Plus, I am experiencing no issues when using the same app through my TV app section.

    I am now also experiencing no audio within YouTube.

    Looking to get this fixed as it’s getting frustrating as it’s went on for several weeks.

    Any help would be appreciated..

    To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

    1. May we ask for a screenshot of the exact error message?
    2. May we know when did this issue happen?
    3. May we ask if this was raised to Team Xbox through Report a Problem app?
    4. Is your Xbox Console updated? May we ask if you were part of Xbox Insider?
    5. Also, are you able to play games just fine and only had issues with streaming apps?

    G'day Squire and Autumn! Looking at video.xbox.com/en-CA, I can see that Elysium and Bad Country are both only available in French. French Audio is also listed among the details provided within the Xbox Video app.

    nope as twitch streaming pn PC has nothing to do with Microsoft or the gamebar so cannot be blocked, you would have to ask your friend to not broadcast the audio but that may also affect game audio too.
