Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your controller not vibrating when being used on your profile. To troubleshoot this, you'll want to make sure vibration is enabled under the settings, check out this article:

Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue. We understand since the companion app came out, you are unable to launch a couple games. We recommend first make sure the

PC is completely up to date. At least to the 1903 build. Also, make sure you are signing into the companion app. After if still having issues as Dageto mentioned try

uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

mi error de codigo es 8015D002 resulta que al entrar a mi perfil dice que mi cuenta o mi contraseña son incorrectos y el codigo buenos restableci mi consola por defecto de fabrica no funciono elimine el cache 3 veces e intente descargar mi perfil y nada
el mismo error y solo me falta descargar de otra consola mi perfil pero resulta que no se a donde jejeje solo me falta ese proceso
