    Hey there wampler13!

Sorry to hear about the TV issues! I recommend doing a full power cycle, followed by resetting TV settings. Follow these steps to do both of those!

To power cycle the Xbox One console:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.
To reset TV settings, follow these steps:

    • Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.
    • Select 'Troubleshooting'.
    • Select Reset TV Settings.
    • From here you can set up your OneGuide again.
Try those steps and let us know how it goes! No tv at start-up :D

    DesertFox1971,

Sorry to hear that didn't help with the issue. Do you happen to have 'Instant On' turned on? If so I suggest turning it off by following these steps below:

    • Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select 'Power and startup'.
    • Under 'Power options', switch the power mode to Energy-saving.
Post back and let us know how it goes!

I figured it out and posted the solution. You cannot have ARC audio return channel on . Turn it off or use an HDMI on your tv that does not have it.
