    No Transaction Received Via Xbox Store Purchase


    Evening peeps need some advice please?. Earlier tonight I purchased a few accessories via the Xbox store got right to the end of the checkout clicked buy but from there the store froze and got stuck. So I checked my bank and the money has been took from my bank for the items, I checked my emails for any transaction emails but I had nothing about it I even checked my order history on my account but nothing on there either!. Has anyone else experienced this and what should I do please?.

    Yup. This process is a standard process for any card purchase.

    If you don't finish, the bank automatically reverses it.

    I've been searching for a reply for the past few hours since this happened, So ur reply is much appreciated as some said that it would take 24hours to appear on my account and some say you have to contact Microsoft but there is no proper way to speak to anyone other than this forum!.

    Is that 100% tho waiting 3 days for the refund to reappear in my bank? Or is there a actual contact number for them just for clarification regarding my issue?.

    Despite not finalizing the amount is withdrawn from your account still. But like any digital purchase by card, the amount is automatically refunded in normally 3 business days, due to this error.
