No support result foubnd for error code 0x87e00013

Trying to install Neverwinter but keep getting the error code 0x87e00013 and on screen message advising to enter this code at xbox.com/errorhelp but the errorhelp page cannot find this error code. Any ideas please?

No results for error code lookup?

3 hours ive been trying to download the 1gig update. At various points in the DL it says something went wrong with this error code.

0x8B05000F 0x00000000 0x90120007

I cant find this code anywhere.

Any one able to help? I'm at a loss.

Should note when i select the "try downloading again" option nothing happens.
