use it, or a different one? Also, is that card with the same bank, or a different one? Lastly, if push came to shove, would you be able to use a prepaid card, as suggested by phone support?

Hi mister fitzer how are you! The reason i am so disappointed with the support team is because i already did all this options. i called my bank and they say the card was ok. then i tryed another credit card and this time i used a mastercard istead of a visa
card. i got the very same error, then i called the support team again and they told me that they dont know how to to solve my probem. i guess and this is just a suggestion, but microsoft needs to hire better technician here in brazi

Hey W1NGER, have you tried using a different credit card at all? Also, I suggest calling phone support back to let them know you contacted your bank to no avail.
