No Support from either Microsoft and Bethesda.

So here is the deal. 1.800.4my.xbox no longer works. I have sudmitted several tickets to both sides MS and Bethesda. No one has responded and I can't call either company. So has MS and Bethesda become uncaring or just plain thieves. I plan and writing
a public posting and including time date stamp of each issue. I will also be adding in that there is no way to get customer support from either side. I got one phone call from cinmax and was told ( we don't provide customer support over the phone ). Well they
don't provide support over the net either. So now I been with XBL since 2007 or later. So I know how to reach MS. Tho, none of their options working either. So MS and Bethesda I will seek a refund and I will discontinue both your services. So disappointed
in our two major companies have become. Ty and have a better day than I.

If you have a problem with a game, contact the game Developer.

You can live chat with them which is almost as good as talking to them, but it is strange that they've closed down the phone lines.

Hello There,

There is a way to contact Xbox support. The number you posted yes is no longer working, but it also tells how to contact us by going online. Also for refunds you have to fill out a

refund request form.

Here is a specific way to get with a support agent from Xbox, they have changed quite a few things, sorry for any inconvenience.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I am extremely disappointed that this problem has existed for more than a day with no official response from either Microsoft or Bethesda. The shoddy workmanship of some companies truly boggles the mind.

I am having the same issue.

Tried all the suggested fixes no luck. Bethesda support couldn't help either.

No Support from either Microsoft and Bethesda.
