No support for Xbox/PC MSFS and unable to access phone support as "Something went wrong on...

Sorry to hear about your issues with updating Flight Simulator. I understand that you have looking into this yourself with no assistance being given. Please be advised that Asobo Studios are the best place to reference for assistance in these matters. They even have a help article specifically for this issue here.

The number one thing they recommend checking if you are stuck with a checking for updates loop, is to review your license for the game. This holds especially true if you subscribe to game pass and dont own the game itself.

LICENSE ISSUE

To play Microsoft Flight Simulator you need a valid Microsoft Account and a valid license to take advantage of most of the services that Xbox provides – purchasing content, connecting with friends, using online functionality, authenticating your content, using cloud saves, and more.



Your license is linked to the email address and gamertag used to purchase Microsoft Flight Simulator. Enable Family Sharing to share your games & apps with family members on your device.

I would recommend signing into your account and double checking your subscriptions to ensure you still have an active game pass subscription and that the account you are logged into on the game pass, Xbox, and windows store apps is aligned to that. If it is, you may consider doing a repair and reset of the services to see if it can free up the issue.

Repair and Reset the Xbox App and Gaming Services

• Open the Settings app on your computer and go to Apps, then find the Xbox app.
  
• Next, click Advanced Options, then scroll down the list and click Repair (let it repair) then click Reset (let it reset)
  
• Now repeat for Gaming Services and the Microsoft Store.
  

Check that the core services are running in the background which provide the Xbox app, and Game Pass all their functionality and connectivity.

• Next, open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).
  
• Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)
  
• Xbox Accessory Management Service
  
• Xbox Live Auth Manager
  
• Xbox Live Game Save
  
• Xbox Live Networking Service
  
• When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running, you can skip them.

if something like a purchasing item went wrong, the best option is to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Microsoft Support Chat)

They should be able to look into the issue and correct it when needed

After trying on two phones both on cellular and home network on my 360 and xbox one and my pc and contacting support i was still unable to access forums on that account

I did send you a live msg with it

The support agent was wrong, this is an issue that the Xbox phone support team needs to deal with, they need to setup an unauthorized access case as Smwuthes suggested.
