No Support For Xbox Live

I live in Jamaica and I want to get an XboxOne before the new year begins. I've never owned an xbox before. I've read that there's no support for Xbox Live in Jamaica. So I was wondering if when I purchase the XB1 (gears of war bundle ), would i need XBL
to download games, get new content or even upgrade the console's system. Help

There is no more support for original Xbox live.

I wasn't aware of that but it seems true , and the "Gears of war " that comes with it is a download , not a disc ...I don't think the console will even load up without the update from xbox live ...

Customer Support
to get more information on a charge made to your account. Based on the information provided, you've already tried contacting customer support and are unable to get ahold of a live representative. As well you've also tried filling out the

Request a Refund Form, but there has been no success on the website at this time. I suggest still trying to submit that form maybe on another PC or Laptop. Otherwise continue trying to contact customer support(Steps listed below), unfortunately we can not
help with any billing issues here on the forums. Sorry bud. I do hope you get this issue taken care of, please let us know how it goes.
