No Support At all?

Discus and support No Support At all? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I posted a request for help on December 19 - ten days ago. There's been no response at all from XBox Support.     No Support At all?


    I posted a request for help on December 19 - ten days ago. There's been no response at all from XBox Support. Am I doing something wrong?

    Other people have posted similar requests and seem to have had their issue resolved to their satisfaction. I've received no help at all. Not even an acknowledgment.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Xbox support is no help at all.

    Good luck trying to sue Microsoft which you really can't upon agreeing on the ToC No Support At all? :D lol

    Alright, so I just recently got banned for communications on Xbox Live . And I got the email telling me that I got banned and I also got a message . However I'm trying to figure out how long the ban is and I can't seem to find my answer. I've been on
    the Xbox support all morning they keep running me in circles telling me that I need to get onto the enforcement.xbox.com . This does not help. This is not tell me what I need to know . I need to know either how long my ban is or when it will end. Or at least
    tell me if it's permanent.

    I would try to get in touch with an actual rep to help you out. That is what I did and they helped me right away. I did it through their chat feature that they have.

    this happends alot it happend to me and while i was banned for that microsft desides to ban me again this time for life so contact your lawyer now i contacted mine and we are suing microsoft

    Bitstream support ALL THE WAY or not?

    Well what we know is that Microsoft's engineers are currently working on bitstream audio integration. But this functionality will be firstly tested by insiders members. Before mid April we should get it.

    Settings - Display & sound: The Audio output page is under construction and some of the new settings are not yet functional. New support is planned for Dolby Atmos for home theater, Dolby Atmos for headphones, and more in upcoming builds. An announcement will
    be made when these new features are ready to try out; enabling these settings now will have no effect.
    Well, how do you know it is due by mid April? I´d really love to have the bitstream option at system level once and for all.
