    NO subscription


    Xbox Gold I bought a month's ticket for the first month, I bought it, I did not subscribe. However, due to the subscription status naturally, a month later, an extension subscription payment was made today. I knew now that I had a subscription status
    and that I need to make this cumbersome configuration change if I do not want to pay extra. Please refund my payment made by 12/24. Gold has been canceled and automatic subscription has been turned off.

    That is interesting. The date suggests that your account has been banned. You should either post in the suspensions forums to find out

    You know,the discussion forum where we discuss things & is not in any way a support forum which is clearly indicated on each forum as a separate forum where you go for support which is where you can't get support for enforcement queries as you are told
    in the email you were sent when you got suspended but you couldn't be bothered to read as you got suspended for no reason & are now going to PS4 ( that last bit is important)

    As long as you know the email and password for you original account you should be able to get into that account.

    If you do not remember the email or password but know the gamertag you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamer tag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address associated
    with that account.
