    I'm playing Lost in Random, no sound at all. I Googled and got another post which said to turn the Mute on and off, I did that, no dice.

    How do I get sound to work?

    May I ask what device are you using in playing cloud gaming, Tai?

    A game uninstalled itself

    Sounds like the outage while playing somehow corrupted the file. You're save should still resynch from the cloud fine when you start it up after downloading.

    It sound like the hard drive is becoming defective and once that starts it will be hard to access the drive fully.

    All of your Save File are stored on the cloud as long as you have been playing while connected to the internet.

    Hello TheFiresOfKane,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sounds like you are missing the entirety of your saved data for this game. Is this happening with any other games? Were you online while playing WWE 2K19?

    You can try syncing up to the
    cloud servers     again if you were connected to a network while playing. Go into your settings and select System > Storage > Clear local saves

    This will remove the saves that are saved to your console, but not the ones saved to the cloud server. The next time you launch the game, it will sync up with the last saved data on the cloud.
