    No sound playing after full shutdown


    As the title states, I have NO sound whatsoever after doing a full shutdown through the settings.

    I have tried restarting my xbox, I have also tried doing a full shutdown twice more after to no effect.

    Anyone know any potential fixes?

    I am using a headset.

    My headset works just fine on my computer and phone

    Hello,

    I had a similar click sound on mine today. Got it delivered yesterday, so playing it today and that clicking sound started playing around. Unfortunately my One S just shutdown completely, touched it and it was baking hot where the fan area is but alot more
    from the power supply area. Left it to cooldown, power back on, after less than 1 hour gaming it shutdown again, no click sound, and baking hot again in the same area. I can only assume i have a faulty unit, anyway called retailer and getting full refund.

    Just for info, my One S was in an open area, so well ventilated.
