    No sound on Xbox Series S, Latest Omega release


    Sound was working fine yesterday but now all of a sudden there is no sound coming out of my Xbox Series S what’s so ever, nothing from games, putting in my pass code, not even the start up of the Xbox logo! I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps that Xbox.com list but it has not helped. BTW I am on the latest release of Omega release build

    I just bought jedi survivor on my x box one s, but for some reason i cannot download it or play it. It says i own it but it wont let me play it.

    And it was made in 2018
    The Series S (The latest of the Series X|S consoles) was released in 2020.

    You've got an Xbox One S which, as previously stated, is no compatible with this game.

    to General Availability builds.

    It's still rolling out so at some point you'll get it on your Series S.
    Only if you are in a Insider preview ring! ASA, Alpha, Beta, Delta or Omega.

    There has been no notification that the new dashboard has been released to GA.

    Xbox S says that the Xbox X/S game isn’t compatible with my console.

    Sound like you have a One S, not a Series S. That game hasn't been released on the One so it won't work on that console.

    As I mentioned, if it's not among the ones listed, you should use OSU1
    Except that the OP is running an Insiders build (the OS build information is the latest Insiders update) so your advice will likely lead to a broken console!

    What the OP posted is a match to the lastest Omega ring update (also seems to match all the updates from all the rings) from 4th February, unless I am missing something:
