    No sound on Razer Thresher Ultimate XBox One S.


    I've just bought some of these, granted they're second hand but they worked absolutely fine as I heard them working on another console.

    They work fine on my PC, no issues straight away.

    MY Xbox One S, keeps constantly assigning the headset to my profile over and over, and there's no sound whatsoever.

    I have been on the insider programme for ages, and I've seen something from around 6 months ago which said there can be issues with headsets on the insider programme.

    Is this the case still?

    Can someone help

    Microphone on your headset doesn't work only with Xbox? Are you trying use this on your PC or Smartphone?

    Also try check this https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/wired-headset-help

    And this https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/connect-compatible-headset

    You can contact with Xbox support, but i think config instructions and troubleshooting with this should be provided by Razer.

    I have 2 pairs of Razer thresher 7.1 headsets they have a convenient stand and amazing Dolby surround sound I can walk around my whole house even upstairs without a controller and have it stay connected to keep talking in Xbox live parties 10 out of 10
