    My head set has worked great for the entire year. Then tonight when I put my head set on I received no sound. I tried a different head set and no sound. I tried four different controller with both head sets and no sound. Can some one guide me to some help

    Hey there

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on what could be affecting your ability to use your headsets. I can totally understand how concerning and frustrating. Seeing as this happens with any controllers and headsets you have tried, it could be
    a compatibility problem. If you haven't yet, I wholeheartedly suggest trying what we call a stereo headset adapter, as it's specifically designed to help third party headsets work with Xbox One controllers.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

    So after two nights of No sound, I had to purchase a new controller. I dont know how all four of my other controllers mic ports must have either fried or just quit working. But I HAVE SOUND!!!!!! Thanks everyone for your help and concern.
