No sign in popup in Halo Infinite [Steam]

May I know if you tried everything from this?

"Open the Steam app

Select Steam and select Settings

Go to Web Browser

Select Delete Web browser cache

Select Ok to delete all files in the built-in web browser cache

Select Delete all browser cookies

Select Ok to clear all Steam browser cookie data

Launch Halo Infinite and check to see if the sign-in process has started from the beginning."

or

"In the Windows Search bar, enter "Credential Manager", and select Credential Manager to open it.

Select Windows Credentials.

Scroll down to the section labeled Generic Credentials.

For every item that has "Xbl|2043073184" in the title:

Click on the item to expand it

Select Remove

Confirm you wish to delete that item

Launch Halo Infinite and check to see if the sign-in process has started from the beginning.

Note: This may sign you out of most or all Xbox network sign-ins on your PC."

Ok, but I did the same with halo infinite but I didn't buy it (the offline version). The achievements are still showing up on steam for that game. Can you tell me why is that the case?

So here id what happened. I played halo infinite campaign with the pass too. After finishing it, I started playing multiplayer on steam and the achievements of campaign are showing completed on steam (the same ones on xbox) but this is not the case for fh5. Is there an explanation?

We found on our resources that Halo Infinite have known issues of players getting stuck on loading screen however these players are already close to getting matches on the game. To assist you with this concern, let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

1. May we know if this is the only game you are having issues launching in your computer?
   
2. May we know if can capture the error message of the game before it closes out? You may use Windows + Shift + S on your keyboard to screenshot.
   
3. May we know what version of Halo Infinite you are playing (Forge, Campaign, Multiplayer)?
   
4. Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer in your PC?
